La valutazione delle riviste scientifiche nelle Scienze umane e sociali

Nell’articolo sono presentati e discussi i criteri proposti a partire dal 2016 dall’Agenzia nazionale di valutazione del sistema universitario e della ricerca (ANVUR) per la classificazione delle riviste scientifiche nelle aree disciplinari per le quali non sono adottati gli indicatori bibliometrici per la valutazione. In particolare, vengono discusse la decisione di istituire una classe di eccellenza per le riviste, e la decisione di verificare la qualità degli articoli utilizzando i punteggi ottenuti durante gli esercizi VQR. Inoltre, l’articolo si sofferma sulle problematiche legate all’attività di peer-review, proposta sostanzialmente da ANVUR come metodologia per la valutazione nelle Scienze umane e sociali, e mette in evidenza la mancanza di linee guida internazionali e di criteri etici per la valutazione dei lavori scientifici.
